Caleb's week continued on the rough side. Sunday morning he woke up with a deep cough, a lot of congestion and and very loud nasaly breathing. I made him a sick appointment for that morningHe since Cameron just had a bad case of croup and he sounded very similar to her. I took him in and the Dr. confirmed he had a mild case of croup but said he was past the contagious stage since he'd had the cold over a week already.
By Monday afternoon, the cough was sounding less severe, his congestion had decreased and he was acting much happier. He also went back to sleeping all night. :)
Caleb has decreased his formula consumption a bit averaging around 20 oz. over 4-5 bottles. He seems to be much more interested in food than bottles so yesterday we added more food to his routine. We're going to try a breakfast of fruit and cereal, a lunch of veggie and cereal and then dinner of fruit and veggies. Mr. Caleb is a growing boy!
Last night he woke up twice and chugged down a bottle each time. I think he may be hitting his 6 month growth spurt?
